We need feedback regarding all our holidays and pilgrimages from everyone who travels with us.   This form is designed for helpers, chaplains and VIPs only.   Group leaders and medical personnel have alternative forms to complete which are listed seperatedly in this folder. 

It is only through receiving your comments we can make changes and improve the service we provide.
