With the coming on stream of the newest Jumbulance and in response to those groups who have made enquiries "Do you go anywhere other than Lourdes?" we are now able to offer the facility of a Jumbulance to provide group transport to any destination in Europe.

Each journey is costed entirely separately so there is a tailored service to suit the group's needs.   A fully equipped Jumbulance will be provided with two drivers who will remain with the group for the duration of the holiday and will provide the group with the use of the vehicle during that time for outings and sightseeing.

For the safety of the group and other road users, the Jumbulance operates with a tachograph which, under European legislation, restricts the number of hours of driving and the amount of rest periods a driver is required. With two drivers on each vehicle this should not create any inconvenience.

Groups are responsible for organising their own accommodation which must include accommodation and meals for drivers. ACROSS will book channel crossings by ferry or Eurotunnel as appropriate  and will meet toll charges to a maximum of £100.  The cost of the channel crossing will be at the expense of the group who will be notified in advance.

A fully comprehensive travel insurance is available at cost price to groups, but organisers are welcome to arrange alternative insurance. Evidence of insurance showing sufficient cover for existing medical conditions must be provided to the ACROSS office before departure.
